Limenaria is a terribly crowded locality. I recommend it to those who do not go on vacation for rest. If you have a week off and you want to enjoy the sea, but also to rest after a whole year of work, Limenaria is not what you need.

The view from there is breathtaking but the drive in is not for the faint hearted. We were really pleased to have local residents lead us up there. Operating restaurants, shops, pharmacies, cafes and medical services at any time of the year, close enough to other interesting destinations, easily accessible by car, extremely beautiful place with many sites to see. Small town in the south of Thassos with plenty of tavernas and bars by the beach, I could advice the Navagio bar on the beach at night for wonderful cocktails and scenery. Busy town at times but generally quiet, more family oriented. Mainly Balkan and Greek tourism. Great place in the south, which has the nicest beaches, with sea amenities to use a base to visit this wonderful underrated island. They cleaned our room every day and replaced the towels with new ones. The room was newly furnished. All the equipments were available including fast paced wifi connection. There was a cute garden in front of our room where we can have our drinks&foods on the table there. Besides, the hotel located very near to Limenaria center. (Appx 7-8 minutes by walking). The hotel is new and you can see it in every little detail.
